Digital Innovation, Inc. (DI) is pleased to welcome NTRACS
users to the family of DI customers. DI has long been committed to being the
leading supplier of trauma registry solutions and is equally committed to the
long-term success and enhancement of the NTRACS product. DI is integrating
NTRACS support into its Trauma Solutions Division and many exciting plans are
beginning to take shape.
NTRACS software update 4.1.11 for trauma users is now
available. The update includes several features that may be desired for use by
some clients. Trauma users who would like to receive this latest update can
request shipment by completing an
on-line request
form. A full
NTRACS v4.1
Data Sheet provides more details on the differences between the earlier
versions and 4.1.11. All active maintenance clients were shipped the v4.1 full
software update earlier this year.
The NTRACS v4.1.11 combination Trauma and Burn registry
software was also shipped this summer.
The Road Ahead
As part of the continuing commitment to the NTRACS
customer base, DI is excited to present its product road map and preliminary
plans for the NTRACS software solution.
The NTRACS Product
Roadmap and Interfaces to the DI Family of Trauma Products provides an
overview of the initial plans, which include two NTRACS upgrades as well as the
development of interfaces for NTRACS that enable compatibility with DI's family
of trauma products and modules.

provided by Digital Innovation's technical support team. Technical support can
be requested by phone, by email or by using the Technical Support Request

Annual Users Conference
Nearly 50 NTRACS trauma and burn users joined DI for our
12th Annual Users Conference in Orlando, FL. The event included pre-conference
sessions for new users, plus two days of workshops designed specifically for
NTRACS software users, guest speakers and loads of networking time. Click here

NTRACS Training Sessions
NTRACS training sessions are available in several formats
throughout the year. Upcoming training dates are posted to the website
approximately two months in advance.

NTRACS Registry Working Group
DI has developed a NTRACS Registry Working Group,
consisting of the ACS-COT Registry Advisory Committee as well as existing
NTRACS users. The group is tasked with providing input for major capabilities
of new, enhanced NTRACS versions, currently Version 4.
The Working Group was originally formed by users who have
worked in this capacity in the past. Other users interested in participating

NTRACS Member Services
In the months ahead, DI will begin offering additional
web-based services to all of its trauma registry customers. The member services
area will be password protected area on the DI website and will be available to
all customers with active support contracts. The member services area will
allow users to share ideas, reports, and research as well as their visions for
