DI Announces Plans for NTDS Module
In response to the American College of Sugeon's new
format and data set requirements for the National Trauma Data Bank (NTDB), DI
has developed a new NTDS module. The module will be distributed to all
Collector and NTRACS active maintenance customers prior to the 2007 Call for
Data.

13th Annual Users Conference Held in San Antonio
A record breaking 250 DI software users gathered in
San Antonio, TX for the 13th annual DI Users Conference. The event was held at
the historic Menger Hotel and featured 4 special guest speakers and more than
35 training and discussion sessions. |

DI Awards Scholarships for High School Graduates
2007 marks the fourth year that DI has presented 2
local high school graduates with The Dr. William J. Sacco Award for
Excellence in Applied Mathematics. Students were nominated based upon their
dedication and involvement in the areas of mathematics and science, and the
recipients were selected from among a highly qualified pool of candidates.
The Sacco Award winners received a certificate
of achievement plus a financial scholarship to help defray the costs of
attending their first year of college. |

NEMSIS Gold Compliance Awarded to DI
On February 23, the National Emergency Medical
Services Information System (NEMSIS) awarded Gold Level Compliance to Digital
Innovation's EMS Server 4.1 software. NEMSIS Gold certification is another
demonstration of DI's commitment to continually meeting the needs of our

Users Conference 2007 Dates Announced
The 13th annual DI Users Conference is scheduled for
October 24th and 25th, 2007. Pre-conference sessions will be presented on
October 23rd. The historic Menger Hotel in downtown San Antonio, TX has been
selected as the host hotel. |

Record Attendance for DI Users Conference
The warm temperatures and sunny skies of Orlando,
Florida were a relaxing backdrop for the 12th annual DI Users Conference. A
record registration of 200 people made for an exciting event, which included

DI Announces AIS2005 Vendor Partnership with
AAAM
Oct.4 - DI announces its status as an AIS 2005 vendor
partner with the American Association of Automotive Medicine (AAAM). The
recently recently released AIS 2005 Coding System, sponsored and owned by AAAM,
will now require license for use, which can be obtained through AAAM Vendor
Partners.

NTRACS 4.0 Software Update Release
DI recently announced plans for the release of the
NTRACS 4.0 software update. Several new software features and system
enhancements are planned for the new version. Distribution of the software is
currently scheduled for fall 2006. |

High School Graduates Awarded Scholarships
Two Maryland high school seniors were recently awarded
The Dr. William J. Sacco Award for Excellence in Applied Mathematics.
Scholarship recipients are selected based on their dedication and
accomplishments in the areas of science and mathematics.
In 2004 DI's President and CEO, Dr. John Kutcher, Jr.,
established the scholarship as a way to honor the accomplishments and lifelong
dedication of his longtime mentor and friend, Dr. William Sacco. Dr. Sacco has
worked in the mathematics and science arena since the 1950's, and has been a
teacher and mentor to scores of young mathematicians along the way.

for Orlando

The luxurious Rosen Centre Hotel has been selected as
the venue for DI's 12th Annual Users Conference. Designed to provide networking
opportunities and extensive training for Collector and NTRACS trauma registry
users, the event has expanded for 2006! In addition to the traditional 2 days
of training workshops and guest speakers, several additional pre-conference
sessions are planned for Outcomes users and for new trauma registry
users. |

NTRACS Burn Registry Roadmap Announced
DI validates its commitment to the NTRACS Burn
software user base. This announcement provides an overview of the aggressive
research & development schedule that has been developed to ensure
continuing enhancements and upgrades for the NTRACS Burn software.
NTRACS 4.0 is scheduled for release in November 2006.
DI has been working with the ABA's Burn Registry Users Committee to determine
the full scope of the enhancements for the new version.

DI to Release Enhanced Report Writing Module
Digital Innovation is pleased to announce the
availability and release of the new Collector Report Writer! This latest
software module will bring enhanced reporting features to all Collector
versions - including customized version of the software.
Rollout of the new Collector Report Writer is
scheduled to begin in mid-November.

DI Hosts 11th Annual Trauma Users Conference
Nearly 200 users of DI's trauma registry software
products gathered together for the 11th annual DI Users Conference. This
record-breaking number included users from more than 20 states and provinces
representing 3 countries! Each year users find the experience a great way to
learn from each other, as well as learn new techniques and registry skills.
In-depth software training, exciting guest speakers and valuable networking
time are always agenda favorites. As an added option to the 2-day event, two
other training programs for trauma professionals were offered in the same
location just prior to the Users Conference. For the third year, AAAM offered
its AAAM Scaling Course on Tuesday & Wednesday prior to the users
conference and a one-day Pre-Conference Collector Training session was
presented on Wednesday. |

DI to Provide Data Management Services for NTDB
The American College of Surgeons (ACS) and Digital
Innovation recently agreed to enhance their on-going business relationship. The
ACS has selected DI to provide data management services for its National Trauma
Data Bank for the next 10 years, with the options to extend.

Annual NRCPR Users Group to Meets in San Diego
The American Heart Association's 2005 NRCPR Users
Group Meeting was held on September 15 & 16 in sunny San Diego, California.
The National Registry for CardioPulmonary Resuscitation annual two-day event
provides the opportunity for representatives of member facilities to meet
discuss critical issues regarding in-house resuscitations.

DI Presents 2nd Annual Scholarship Awards

DI's Collector Trauma Registry clients are invited to
participate in the American College of Surgeons annual NTDB call for Data.
Software to download data from the Collector Trauma Registry to NTDB is FREE!
