Conferences and other events provide exciting
opportunities for both DI staff members and our clients. Meeting our software
users in person enables us to have extensive conversations regarding their
needs and ideas.
DI Users Conference
This annual get-together joins hundreds of trauma registry
software users from around the globe for training, sharing and networking!
The 16th annual DI Users Conference is scheduled for
October 13 - 15, 2010 in Nashville, TN! It's been a several years since the
event was held in the Music City. Our first trip there was a resounding success
and we're looking forward to another opportunity to enjoy this great venue.
Shopping, restaurants, cultural events and, of course, nightlife abound.
The conference agenda was revamped for this past year, and
we are anxious to continue adding new flavors of courses to match the variety
of training needs our users have described. Workshops and learning
opportunities for registry users in various capacities will be offered. We're
also excited about the 2010 guest speaker list, with plans for lots of
pertinent information on changes and new advances in the trauma industry!

AAAM Offers Injury Scaling Course
For several years the Association for the Advancement of
Automotive Automotive Medicine has offered a session of AAAM Injury Scaling:
Uses and Techniques just prior to the DI Annual Users Conference. By
offering this course at the same venue, attendees are able to complete two
